Code of Conduct
The Invensys Code of Conduct is the central element of the Invensys Compliance Programme. It reflects our commitment to acting with integrity and in accordance both with local law and our own legal and ethical standards. The Code of Conduct applies to all employees in every part of the world, and is also intended to act as a guide to acceptable and unacceptable business conduct by agents, suppliers and customers. The Code of Conduct is expanded upon by policies approved by the Board.
The Code is available in multiple languages. It is supported by a global training program which includes an on-line interactive training platform. Additionally, employees are required to complete more detailed training in specific areas of ethical and legal significance such as Intellectual Property, Information Technology, Anti-Bribery, Environment Health and Safety, and Competition, with more being developed.
