Invensys Rail strengthens HR team

Signalling, train control and communication systems provider Invensys Rail is enhancing its Human Resources team with two key appointments to reflect its expanding operations.
Kim Dickey is the new Vice President, Human Resources for Invensys Rail in North America, reporting to Invensys Rail Senior Vice President Human Resources Terri Wiethorn. Ms Dickey was previously Human Resources Director for Honeywell International, and has more than 20 years experience in manufacturing, covering sectors such as automotive, air filtration, building materials, and integrated security solutions. A graduate of Centre College, Danville, Kentucky, her HR roles have included organisational design and efficiency, employee and labour relations, performance coaching and succession planning.
The second major appointment is Mei Teo, who becomes Vice President, Human Resources for Invensys Rail in Asia Pacific. The University of London graduate joins from Ingersoll Rand Climate Solutions, where she was HR Director. She also has experience in the IT, industrial automation, manufacturing and petrochemical industries and has spent much of her career to date in personnel development.
